RichtiG Kunst - Richterswil

The artworks of the municipality of Richterswil were inventoried in 2017. A diverse collection with fascinating snapshots of Richterswil's (art) history was found in various attics and cellars spread across all administrative buildings. Apart from some works that are on display in the local museum, most of the artworks are kept under lock and key, e.g. in the depot in the Boden school building, or presented in the offices of the administration and the public space. With the cultural project "RichtiG Kunst", the municipal council has decided to make the municipality's own art collection accessible to the public in an adequate setting.
The vernissage of the exhibition "RichtiG Kunst" was a great success. The organisers were pleased with the numerous visitors, the positive feedback and the lively panel discussion that took place later in the evening.
We were allowed to use our products for the presentation of the works at RichtiG Kunst.
We offer the floor-running and compact system of our painting hoist as basic modules in various widths and depths. The modular system can be extended on both sides as required.
This type of painting storage is suitable wherever free walls are available. The grids can also be mounted directly to the steel structure of the painting installation. Specifications: Powder-coated lattice frames with lattice mats welded on one side.
The very stable construction allows the safe transport of large and small paintings. The picture trolley is equipped with 4 swivel castors, 2 of which have a stop function.
The exhibition "RichtiG Kunst - Werke aus der Richterswiler Kunstsammlung von 1770 bis heute" will be held from 9 - 19 June 2022 with a heavy focus on the Bären Local Museum and the Shedhalle.
