Pull out picture racking systems - Linear guide system

Together with our partner Qatar Vision Projects, we were able to create a customised art storage system, type L-30, for a private customer. The end customer placed a high value on product quality.

The project combines functionality, design and the highest quality standards, which are specifically tailored to the needs of demanding art collections.

The centrepiece of the system is formed by the 28 double-sided extendable mesh panels. These panels run along a linear sliding system on the ceiling and consist of robust steel elements with a surrounding frame. Welded mesh panels on both sides ensure maximum stability and secure support for the artworks. All elements were powder-coated in elegant pure white (RAL 9010), which ensures a high-quality look and additional protection.

With an impressive 6,050 square feet (560 m²) of total hanging space, this system offers enough room for a diverse collection. The colourless anodised aluminium front strip gives the system a modern finish. A practical detail: the two-part system can be extended on one side and integrates a side aisle for easy access.

In addition, the solution includes two mobile picture carts that allow for safe and flexible transport of the works. A packing table with a shelf, roll holder and integrated back table cutter offers optimal working comfort for packing and processing the works of art. Twelve fixed wall grilles were installed for wall storage. These consist of robust steel frames with mesh welded on one side and provide additional hanging space.

With the art storage system type L-30, we have created a functional, aesthetic and durable solution that meets the highest standards. The project illustrates our expertise in implementing individual customer requirements in well-thought-out solutions.
